The proposed Prairie Ridge North Neighborhoods G, H, and I are located on the west side of Harmony Road, South of Melms Road in the Village of Hampshire, Kane County, Illinois.  Neighborhoods G, H, and I total approximately 179 Ac. and proposes to create 269 single family lots and 272 townhome units.

The Development also includes a 90 Ac.-Ft. naturalized stormwater management facility with wetland shelves.
