CEMCON, Ltd. provides professional engineering services to both the private and public sector, specializing in site engineering for residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal types of projects. CEMCON, Ltd. also has the experience and expertise to provide engineering services for municipalities, water and sanitation districts, special improvement districts, and drainage districts.

Surveying

The professional surveyors and survey crews of CEMCON, Ltd. are accomplished in all aspects of surveying for the public and private sector. Tasks may be performed by conventional survey methods, GPS, or a combination of both to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Our survey staff is usually the first into the project to determine existing conditions and the last out following the improvement survey. During the project, the engineering and surveying staff of CEMCON, Ltd. work closely to ensure the most complete and cost-effective project for our client.

Construction Services

CEMCON, Ltd. can provide a wide range of construction services which can be tailored to specific client and project needs. Our construction service capabilities include all aspects of Construction Contract Administration, on-site full- or part-time Construction Advisors, Construction Coordinators and Construction Observers, warranty maintenance and final acceptance assistance, and inspection and documentation of Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) facilities prescribed by NPDES permitting requirements. The construction services staff includes engineers, surveyors, technicians and construction professionals who combine their expertise with construction know-how to reduce problems in the field, minimize additional costs and facilitate the project construction process resulting in a quality cost-effective constructed project for our clients.
