CEMCON, Ltd. was founded over 30 years ago to provide quality engineering and surveying services to developers, design/build clients and governmental agencies for projects within suburban Chicago. CEMCON's vision was to form a company that brings the office and field operations into one company where office and field carry equal importance in the fulfillment of our client needs. This mission and vision continues with the second generation of owners, David R. Gauger, Michael J. Mueller, Peter A. Blaeser, Kevin T. Serafin, Richard V. Speckman and Matthew M. Worline.  CEMCON Ltd.’s office is centrally located in Aurora, Illinois.

CEMCON, Ltd. is organized in design teams with each team having an Engineering and/or Surveying Manager. The managers work closely with our clients in order to provide personalized service and a better understanding of the scope for each project.

At CEMCON, Ltd. we strive to provide the highest quality service to our clients while meeting the project's schedule and budget constraints. We are able to achieve this high level of service by drawing on our large pool of professionals. Each project is assigned to the design team that has the necessary experience within and knowledge of the community where the project is located. CEMCON, Ltd. has approximately 85 highly qualified employees with:

                                 5 employees with either a MS or MBA

                                 30 employees with a BS, BA, Technical or Associates degree

                                 17 Professional Engineers

                                 9  Professional Land Surveyors

                                 9 Engineering and Land Surveying Interns
